The LSGH Greenies tighten their hold of the fourth spot after winning against JRU 72-51, the Greenies started off the game taking control of the first period with a 24-13 lead over the Light Bombers, going into the second period the Greenies were able to maintain their lead up 40-28 at the end of the first half.
The second half was a low scoring ball game for both squad specially in the third where in they only scored 12-11, with the lead still on the side of LSGH 52-39 at the end of the period, going to the final period the Greenies were able to pull away to take the victory after outscoring the Light Bombers 20-12.
Troy Mallillin was the lone Greeny to score in double digit having 25 points and 11 rebounds. While on the side of the Light Bombers, Mark Sikat led them with 12 points and 8 rebounds.
Converting turnovers to points was the biggest advantage of LSGH against JRU converting 18 turnover points against the 4 turn over points. now with a 10-4 record the Greenies are looking to return to the final four with only four games left in the second round of elimination.

The San Beda Red Cubs completed a come from behind victory over the Malayan Red Robins 89-84. The Red Cubs trailed in the first three quarters as the Red Robins started off strong 25-20 in the first period, Malayan continues to hold off San Beda in the second period to end the first half still up 43-39.
But going into the second half the Red Cubs slowly erased the lead of the Red Robins as they end the third period down by just three points 68-71. Entering the final period the Red Cubs finally able to breakout as they outscore the Red Robins 21-13 to complete their comeback and keep the top spot.
Six Red Cubs scored in double digit, Robi Nayve led them with 14 points, while Evan Nelle, Prince Etrata, and Mark Lagumen all scored 11 points, Joshua Tagala and Germy Mahinay added 10 points each for San Beda.
Romuel Junsay topped the scoring for the Red Robins with 20 points, Will Gozum added 14 points and 12 rebounds, Jasper Salenga had 13 points and 9 rebounds, and Sherwin Concepcion scored 11 points and 12 rebounds.

The Lyceum Junior Pirates stun the top seeded Arellano Braves 77-66 to keep their final four hopes alive. The first period went tight for both squad with the Braves almost ending the first quarter on their side, but the Junior Pirates were able to take a single point advantage at the end of the first period 14-13.
Going to the second period the Junior Pirates were able to take an early lead with 23-19, but the Braves were to recover in the latter part of the period to tie the game at 32-all at the end of the first half. Entering the second half the Junior Pirates started to become aggressive as they outperform the Braves in the third period to take a 56-50, the aggressiveness continued in the final period as they outscored Arellano 21-16 to take home the big win.
Mclaude Guadania had a double-double performance having 20 points and 10 rebounds, while Junjun Cecilio topped the scoring with 31 points for the Junior Pirates, while Guilmer Dela Torre's 25 points wasn't enough to keep the Braves in top spot,

The San Sebastian Staglets escaped past the Perpetual Help Junior Altas 72-68. Jerico Isidro of the Staglets topped the stats line with 16 points and 16 rebounds to get their second win of the season, Romeo Selorio and Daniel Rodriguez added 12 points each.
On the side of the juinor Altas Errol Bongay topped the scoring with 20 points and 10 rebounds, while Jielo Razon and Esvin Inliwan added 13 points each for the Perpetual Help as they go dow to 4-11.

The Letran Squires snapped the two game winning streak of the EAC Brigadiers after defeating them 69-64. The Squires were able to maintain their composure throughout the game, though they were down 15-18 in the first period, they were able to maintain the level of their play in the second period to end the first half up 30-28.
Going to the second half the Brigadiers were able to retake the lead 50-46 at the end of the third, but the Squires came back to life again in the final period and out perform the Brigadiers 23-14 to emerge victorious in the game.
Kurt Reyson topped the scoring for the Squires with 16 points, while Angelo Beduria and Edgar Tapales topped the scoring on the side of the Brigadiers with 14 points each.
