The JRU Heavy Bombers are back on the winning column after defeating the struggling and still win less CSB Blazers 71-63. The Heavy Bombers were off to a hot start in this game against the Blazers taking a 19-11 leada early in the opening period, though CSB were able to recover to trim the lead of JRU down 21-16 at the end of the first.
It was a tight second quarter for both squad with JRU maintaining their lead to end the first half with a 38-33 lead over the Blazers. Going to the second half the Heavy Bombers dropped 24 points in the third quarter to extend their lead up 62-46, but in the fourth period JRU relaxed as they only scored 9 points letting CSB to get close.
Paolo Pontejos and Abdel Poutouchi both had 14 points for the Heavy Bombers, while Yankie Haruna and Edward Dixon had 14 and 13 points respectively for the Blazers.

The EAC Generals makes it back to back victory after sinking the ship of the Lyceum Pirates 73-66.
The Generals started the game in a dominant fashion taking a 21-8 lead against the Pirates in the first period. going in to the second period the Pirates were able to recover to cut the lead down to 35-24 lead at the end of the first half.
Lyceum continues to get hot in the third period outscoring EAC 23-11 to take over the lead at 47-46 to end the quarter. In the fourth period, Lyceum were able to take an early advantage but the Generals were able to retake the lead and pull away at the latter part of the match.
Hamadou Laminou led the Generals with 20 points and 7 rebounds, Sidney Onwubere had 16 points and 10 rebounds, and Francis Munsayac scored 15 points. On the side of Lyceum, Adrian Albana nd Mike Nzeusseu scored 18 and 16 points respectively,

The defending champions Letran Knights snapped the winning streak of the San Sebastian Stags after defeating them 73-61. The Knights were able to bank in their second quarter performance to escape past the streaking Stags after they ended the first period tied at 15
