#NCAA92 Day 32: EAC Sends CSB Down To Historic 0-17 Record, Arellano Seal Top Spot Finish, San Beda Secure Twice To Beat Advantage




The Emilio Aguinaldo College Generals send the College of Saint Benilde down to a historic 0-17 record after beating them 65-62. The Blazers are close to make a history for sweeping the elimination round win-less.

The Blazers were able to open the game with an early 16-12 lead over the Generals, but like their other games CSB couldn't maintain their good start as the Generals were able to take the lead to end the first half 33-29.

In the third period the Blazers were able to keep the game close even tying the game, but the Generals were still able to pull away taking a 42-33 lead. In the final period the Blazers were able to make a run to trim the deficit down to a 48-51, entering the final minutes of the game the Generals pulled away again taking a 62-53.

Remy Morada led the Generals with 18 points, while Hamadou Laminou added 12 markers. On the side of CSB, Carlo Young had 14 points to top the scorers for the Blazers, Clement Leutcheu added 12 points and 12 rebounds.

The Arellano Chiefs sealed their spot on top of the standing after defeating the Mapua Cardinals 95-86. The Chiefs will enter the semifinals with a twice to beat advantage against the Cardinals. 
The Chiefs and The Cardinals had a tight opening period with the latter taking a slim 16-13 lead, in the second period the Chiefs were able to pull away and establish a 45-35 lead at the half. 
Going to the second half the Cardinals were able to outperform the Chiefs in the third period to cut the deficit down to a 63-67 ball game. But going to the final period the Chiefs had a huge 28-19 final blow against the the Cardinals to seal the win. 
Jiovani Jalalon proved that he is the league's best player pulling a 35 point performance to drive the Chiefs to the top of the standings,  Kent Salado and Donald Gumaru added 15 points each for Arellano. 
On the other side CJ Isit led the Cardinals with 25 points, while Darrell Menina added 16 points and Allwell Oraema had 13 points and 20 rebounds.

The San Beda Red Lions sealed their twice to beat advantage after beating their rivals for the advantage Perpetual Help Altas 84-75. 
The Red Lions showed their hungry for a win, opening the game with an  early 20-12 lead, but the Altas were able to comeback in the second period cutting the lead of San Beda down to a 35-37 ball game at the end of the half. 
At the beginning of the second half the Altas were able to get a taste of the lead, taking the third period with a 58-55 lead over the Reds. In the final period the Altas tried to pull away taking a 65-62, but the Red Lions were able to roar back as they retake the lead and pulled away in the final minutes of the quarter to take the victory away. 
Acee Soberano led the Red Lions with 18 points, Davon Potts added 15 markers, while Javee Mocon had another double-double 14 points and 13 rebounds. 
On the side of the Perps, Bright Akhueti led his team with 29 points and 18 rebounds, GJ Ylagan added 16 points, and Gab Dagangon contributed 11 points.
