In the fourth quarter the Adamson Falcons came in more aggressive and more determined to score an upset win against the Tamaraws, as they take over the lead 48-53 with still 7 minutes left in the game, but FEU didn't go down yet as they were able to regain composure to make a  12-5 run to take the lead back 60-58 with less than a minute remaining.

It was Mike Tolomia's three point shot that changes the pace of the game in the last minute mark of the match as it shifted the momentum back to the side of the Tamaraws to secure the victory. Tolomia along with Mac Belo and Russell Escoto scored 10, 10, and 11 points respectively for FEU in their fifth victory.
