"Etiquette of Mistresses"stars the biggest ensemble of of award winning actresses and box office queens, starring in the movie are Claudine Barretto, Iza Calzado, Cheena Crab, Kim Chiu and Kris Aquino, directed by Chito S. Rono. The movie is set to premiere this September 30 in cinemas worldwide.
Etiquette for Mistresses was based on the book written by Jullie Yap-Daza in the 90's talking about the hidden life of five mistresses in the "High Society"at that time, they are real people that was altered to hide their identity, but if you are an avid reader of the daily articles of Jullie Yap-Daza before you might get a hint of who these characters are.
Speaking of characters the movie revolves around five ladies that looked like they almost have it all, but still they are looking for love and affection from someone that is already committed. The first character is Ina(Kim Chiu) an ambitious lass from Cebu that was introduced to the secret life of mistresses as she fell in love with a married politician, next is Stella(Iza Calzado) a smart and witty lawyer, but like what they say love makes a smart person stupid as she also became a mistress, the third mistress is Charley(Cheena Crab) A bubbly and joyful lady that is a mistress of a rich Filipino-Chinese Tycoon. The fourth mistress is Chloe(Claudine Barretto), she is the most outgoing, fiery, and liberated among the mistresses, the last mistress is Georgia(Kris Aquino) she is the conservative type and the leader of the group.
