FHM Philippines features former Beauty Queens that represented the country in imternational events starting with Binbining Pilipinas 2013 Cindy Miranda, Cindy Represented the Philippines in the Miss Tourism Queen International of the same year where she placed in the Top 10. Next is Danielle Castaño, she represented the Philippines in the Miss World 2008 replacing Janina San Miguel, Danielle originally placed as 1st runner up . And the third is Miss World-Philippines 2012 Queenierich Rehman, she is the second winner of the beauty pageant franchise after it was separated from BPCI, Queenie placed in the Top 15 of the Miss World 2015, her beatboxing talent in the pageant earned her global attention though unfortunately she didn't won the award.
