The first representative from Asia and the Philippines, Teresita Ssen Marquez or more popularly known as Winwyn emerges victorious in the pageant as she bagged the Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 crown besting 20 other delegates all over the Latin America.
Winwyn was already an early favorite in the pageant as she always headlines guestings, interviews, and other occasions despite the language barrier. Even in the Q&A part of the coronation night Winwyn was able to impress not only the Filipinos by her answer, but also other Latinos who's watching the pageant.
