NCAA Season 88 Game Result (July 7)

The Lyceum of the Philippines University Pirates hangs on to defeat the Emilio Aguinaldo College Generals in their neck to neck battle 83-81 yesterday at the San Juan Arena. The game almost pushed on an over time but thanks to the foul committed by Foreign Rookie of EAC Cedric Happi Noube against Mark Francisco who was able to bucket the Two Free throws with only 3.2 seconds remaining in the Game. 


Floricel Guevara Jr. leads the Pirates in winning their 1st game producing 22 points while on the other side Rookie Cedric Happi Noube leads the General in their second loss for the season. 


On the first game the Arellano University Chiefs stuns the Letran Knights after they defeated them 77-67, James Forrester is the player of the game producing 18 points for the Chiefs while Kevin Alas is the consistent top scorer for the Knights. The chiefs finally also got there first win, while the Knights suffers a back to back loss.
