NCAA Season 88 Game Result (July 12)

The Perps Altas shows that they are also one of those Team to beat for this season of the NCAA after they dealt the San beda Red Lions their first loss for the season after an overtime game 88-87 yesterday at the Arena in San Juan. 


Veteran Jett Vidal carried  the Altas in winning this game after turning a turnover into 2 points breaking the tie 88-86 in the Overtime period, Vidal produces 29 points and supported by the 23 points produced by Earl Thompson. On the other hand Kyle Pascual and Baser Amer scored 25 and 19 points each in the late run of the Red Lions.


San Beda is now tied with San Sebastian having a 2-1 win loss record while UPHSD capture the solo 2nd place with a 3-1 win loss record.


It seems that today is a day of upset games as the Lyceum Pirates got their win number 2 against the 3rd win seeking Mapua Cardinals 78-74, Shane Ko played a tremendous game producing 23 points to help the Pirates in outlasting the Cardinals, meanwhile Mike Parala produced 27 points as Mapua losses the game.


Mapua and CSB are both tied with 2-2 win loss record, while Lyceum is with a 2-3 win loss record.
