Going back to our feature, we are now on our 7th day of introducing our Misters of Filipinas candidates, this time we have Misters #7 from GMA, Cavite, Jayson Bardelas.
Jayson is 23 years old, stands at 5'9 tall, he is a tourism graduate from Cavite State University and currently works in a BPO company. In his free time he also do part time job as a singer in different events.
He represents the Municipality of General Mariano Alvarez, the youngest town in the province of Cavite. GMA-Cavite is best known for their Mushrooms, they actually have a festival called Kabutenyo Festival that features their cultured mushrooms particularly the Cultured Oyster Mushrooms which is sodium Cholesterol and Fat Free, it is also Low in Sodium and Calories.

Misters of Filipinas
It was a life long dream for Jayson to join a major pageants, as a kid he wanted to compete, to be a model, and to be an actor, but all of that went to a halt as his family went through tough times that forced him to set aside those dreams and focus more on helping his family.
But now that he is given a chance to get and experience one of his dreams to join a pageant he quickly grabbed the opportunity to become part of this year's Misters of Filipinas and now that he is part of the official candidates, Jayson wants to show to other people that these problems that we are facing are just temporary and that they should not stop in chasing on their dreams.
Joining a pageant for Jayson was quite difficult as he is working and balancing his schedule was a challenge for him, he works from 3am-12nn and if there will be activities in the afternoon he will just doze off for some minutes to energize him at the very least. but he take as a challenge to be more motivated and to be more prepared come the main pageant proper come.
Jayson believes that a Misters of Filipinas should have a good attitude, someone who can get along well with other people, someone who will bring good vibes to those who he will meet.

1. How do you take care of your body?
"Kagaya nga po ng sinabi sa bible "Our body is our temple" and how do I take care of my body of course I always see to na I had exercise specially nagtatrabaho ako sa BPO so more likely naka upo lang ako so I need to work out para atleast healthy pa din, so more on gym, cardio, and eating healthy foods like vegetables and fruits."
2. Do you follow any workout routine?
"So far ang favorite workout na ginagawa ko is yung calisthenics, sinearch ko lang sya sa youtube and then nagustuhan ko, so more on body weight sya that is more on dips, push ups, pull ups, pero marami pa kong bagay na dapat iimprove eh, kumbaga sa pageant beginner pa din ako."
3. How about diet?
"More on protein and low carb foods para makapag gain ng muscle which is kailangan ko ngayon."
4. Favorite part of your body?
"Biceps"
5. Part of your body that needs improvement?
"Chest, kailangan ko pa sya iwork out."

"Hindi ako umuwi ng bahay namin, tapos natulog lang ako sa kaibigan ko, hindi ako nagpaalam tapos pag uwi galit na galit si mama."
