#MistersOfFilipinas #22 Rahim Babar

We are almost in the final stretch of our feature, this time we are going to meet the 22nd candidate of this year's Misters of Filipinas, he is Prince Rahim Babar, representing Subic, Zambales. 




Rahim is 24 years old and stands at 5'11" tall. He is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from the Lyceum of the Philippines and now he actually own different business at his young age, he also tried his luck in the modeling and entertainment industry.  

On his free time, Rahim loves to travel, he wants to explore the Philippines specially the beautiful beaches and take on different adventures and challenges. 

He describes himself as adventurous, Rahim is the type of person that loves to go out of his comfort zone to explore new things and do crazy stuff. He is also a multi tasker, he loves doing several things all at the same time, just like now he is running his business and at the same time he was able to join Misters of Filipinas.

Joining Misters of Filipinas, Rahim says he has this ambition of empowering people, he wants to share to a lot of people that no matter how hard life would be they should be still looking forward and strive for the best because their dreams are still valid no matter how difficult the challenges will come to them and with a bigger platform like Misters he could reach many people. 

Rahim believes that having the right attitude and being transparent are two of the best characteristics that a Misters of Filipinas should have. Having the right attitude will bring you to success and will enable you to inspire more people, while being transparent for him is that a mister should not be pretentious and should show the people who he really is and by that many people could relate themselves  .

Body Talk

Rahim is not a stranger when it comes to fitness, he shared that at the age of 16 he's already a gym buff it has become a lifestyle for him and when he says lifestyle he means that he goes to the gym almost everyday, training his Chest and Triceps on Mondays, Back  and Biceps on Tuesdays, every Wednesday he work on his Abs, legs, and shoulders and he's going to repeat the cycle on the next days and on Sundays he rest to regenerate again for the following week. 

About his diet, Rahim takes high protein foods and less carbohydrates. On a daily basis, he usually eats Chicken, Egg, and Tuna, while he really avoid eating rice as it is high on sugar and carbs. 

He considers his biceps as his favorite part of his body, although he consider his body fine and good to go for the coming finals night this September 12.
