The College of Saint Benilde Blazers notched their first win at the expense of the Mapua University Cardinals after they dealt the latter a blowout 90-79 win.
The match went tight in the opening period with both squad taking 15 point each, but going to the second period both squads made a scoring onslaught with the Blazers getting a 31 point output against the 21 of Mapua to take a 46-36 advantage at the end of the first half.
The Cardinals tried to stage a comeback in the third period cutting the lead of CSB down to two 59-61 at the end of the third, but going to the final period the Blazers were on fire as they extend their lead as high as 17 points to keep the Cardinals away from them.
Yankie Haruna scored 19 points to lead the Blazers in their first victory, Justin Gutang added 17 point sand Edward Dixon contributed 13 points.
Justin Serrano and Noah Lugo teamed up for the Cardinals in this game after scoring 14 points each, while Christian Bunag added 11 points.

Lyceum stays undefeated at 3-0 after detonating a huge 88-56 onslaught over the Jose Rizal University Heavy Bombers in the second game of NCAA season 94 triple header.

The Letran Knights barged in to the win column after beating the San Sebastian Golde Stags 83-76.
Even though the Golden Stags were able to open the game with a 13-6 advantage, the Knights were still able to take over the game at the end of the first half with a 39-34 lead.
In the third period, Letran was able to keep the distance against the San Sebastian after adding a little cushion to take a 59-50 wall. At that point the Knights were able to maintain their lead until the end to barge into the winning column of season 94.
John Quinto, JP Calvo, and Jerrick Balanza teamed up in this win for the Knights, Quinto scored 17, Calvo had 16, while Balanza added 15 points.
Allyn Bulanadi top scored for the Golden Stags in this game after scoring 21 points followed by RK Ilagan with 18 points and Michael Calisaan with 11 points.
