The Perpetual Help Altas edges out the EAC Generals 73-53. The Altas took control early in the game taking a 16-10 lead in the first period and even extending it to a 30-20 lead at the end of the first half.
Going to the second period the Altas continued to extend their lead up as the Generals struggled to answer back as they go down 32-38. In the final quarter though the Generals were able to fight back almost equalizing the output of the Altas at 21-22 it wasn't enough for them to stage a threat.
Bright Akhuetie led the Altas to their 6th win out of 8 games with 19 points and 12 rebounds, Gab Dagangon added 15 points and 8 rebounds, Jeffrey Coronel added 10 points and 5 rebounds.
Remy Morada topped the scoring for EAC with 15 points, Hamadou Laminou and Sidney Onwuberrie both had a double double performance of 14 points and 13 rebounds and 13 points and 10 rebounds respectively as they go down to 2-6

The Arellano Chiefs escaped past the pesky defense of the Lyceum Pirates to take a 81-76 victory.
Even though the game started close between the two teams, it was Arellano who got the better of the first period taking a slim 16-14 advantage, in the second period the Chiefs extended their lead to end the first half up 37-29.
But going to the second half Lyceum tried to stage a comeback outperforming the Chiefs in the third after a 25-21 output to trim the lead of Arellano down to a 54-58 ball game at the end of the quarter.
In final period, Lyceum tried to complete their comeback, but the Chiefs were able to put a stop to the momentum tht the Pirates gained as they take home the victory.

Going to the second half the Heavy Bombers continues to bombed the Stags as they finally took the lead 50-47 to end the third period. In the final quarter the game intensifies as it became a seesaw battle, with JRU getting the better of it as they were able to secure their lead at the latter part of the game
Teytey Teodoro pulled the Heavy Bombers up with 18 points, while Mark Dela Virgen and Ervin Grospe added 12 and 10 points respectively as JRU returns to the winning column with a 3-4 record.
