The Emilio Aguinaldo College Generals finally ended their heartbreaking losing streak after beating out the San Sebastian Golden Stags 73-67. The Generals started the game down 13-21 as the Stags were having a good run as they extend it to the second period putting the Generals behind 38-30 at the end of the first half.
In the third period, it seems that San Sebastian emptied their gas tanks early in the first half as EAC outperformed them in that quarter 23-13 to end the third period 53-51. The Generals going to the final period secured their lead to stop the Stags and take their second win.
Hamadou Laminou and Remy Morada topped the scoring for EAC both with 18, Laminou also had 16 rebounds in this game. Michael Calisaan leads the Stags in scoring with 15 points and 9 rebounds, the stags goes down to 1-6.

The Arellano Chiefs showed no mercy to the hapless College of Saint Benilde Blazers 70-59. The Chiefs opened the game with in a dominant fashion as they down the Blazers 13-0 to start the game, still struggling after 7 games CSB made a record breaking 4 points in the opening period (that's the lowest output of a team in a quarter so far in the tournament) to end the first 16-4.
Going to the second period the Chiefs even extended their lead up 25-6, though the Blazers were able to trim it down to just 30-18 to end the first half. In the second half CSB tried to closed in on Arellano, but to no avail the Chiefs were still able to get away with a 60-40 lead to end the third.
In the final period a 10-4 run by the Blazers cut the lead of the Chiefs, but the Blazers were not able to sustain the run as the Chiefs pulled away with the win.
Jiovani Jalalon is back on his winning form as he scored 16 points, 7 rebounds, 6assists, and 4 steals, adding to that Zach Nicholls with 14 points while Kent Salado added 11 points as Arellano moves up to 5-2 record.
CSB now on their 8th game losing streak was led by Christian Fajarito, the sophomore had his best game in their worst record as a team scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds, rookie Kendrix Belgica contributed his carreer high 12 points and 11 rebounds.

The Perpetual Help Altas outlast the Lyceum Pirates 71-68. Lyceum were able to control thefirst three quarters of the game beginning the game with a 21-19 lead.
In the second period though the Perps were able to tie the ball game at 25-all the Pirates were still able to their lead up to 35-25 after a 10-0 run, but going to the end of the first half the Perps were able to make their own run to end the first half down by 4, 40-36.
In the third period the Perps were able tk take the lead 48-47, but the Pirates were quick to respond as they end the quarter still on top 55-54.
In the fourth period, the Perps started with a bang after a three pointer of Kieth Pido gave them a 57-55 lead, at that point there was no looking back as the Perps started a 7-0 run, the Pirates tried to get close again after a three by Shaq Allanes 68-70 with 12 seconds left in the game.
Gab Dagangon led the Altas with 16 points and 12 rebounds, Bright Akhuetie added 13 points and 13 rebounds, while Kieth Pido and Prince Eze both scored 10 as perpetual help moves up 5-2.
Mike Nzeusseu topped for the Pirates with 18 points and 11 rebounds, Jasper Ayaay contributed 15 points for Lyceum goes down to 3-4 record.
