Sarah Geronimo releases her 11th album, after the success of the "Perfectly Imperfect" album released in 2014 here comes another sure fire hit album from the Popstar Princess entitled "The Great Unknown" under Viva Records that was released digitally and on CD last December 4, 2015.
The album contains ten tracks, including collaborations with other artists and singers like "The Great Unknown" which Sarah collaborated with the band Hale, and "Kaibigan mo" which was written by Yeng Constantino.
Other songs included in the album are "Tala" that she sang on her concert "From The Top", "Misteryo" which was written by Yumi and Thyro, "Unbroken", "Baby You're The Reason", "Ako'y Para Sayo Lamang", "Kapit", "Only For You", and "Sabi Mo Sa Akin",
