The Note 20 Ultra comes in 128/256/512GB variants that is powered by a 12GB of RA. There's also an expansion slot for additional memory in this variant.

In the cameras, the Note 20 Ultra comes with a 108 megapixel Main camera, a 12 megapixel Periscope Telephoto lens, and a 12 megapixel Ultrawide camera. The front facing camera is same as the regular Note 20.
