The Perpetual Help may have won the game over the College of Saint Benilde via a 69-65 result of their match, but the NCAA board over turned the results due to the protest filed by the Blazers due to wrong uniform the Altas forfeited their first victory.
The match between the two squads were the first of the three games, but it was delayed for almost an hour because the Altas brought a wrong set of uniform, they are supposed to don their light uniform but instead wore their dark uniform. NCAA has been very strict when it comes to their uniform policy, San Beda already experienced forfeiture three seasons ago with CSB also.
Perpetual Help's Gab Dagongon had his 14 points and 10 rebounds put to waste after the forfeiture, while Kendrix Belgica's had a very impressive 16 point outing in this game.
