Miss Philippines Earth 2011 winners

Last Night the new Miss Philippines Earth was crowned and she's none other than the deligate from the Municipality of Casiguran, Aurora. Athena Imperial, 24 yrs old, stands 5'6" feet tall with a vital statistic of 34-24-25 bested all other 4 candidates in answering the question "Should the Philippines use Nuclear power". and I think She was the only one that answers the question not only with confidence but also with brains.
