Despite the heavy downpour in the Dauin, Negros Oriental nothing stopped the Grand Coronation Night of the 8th Misters of Filipinas Pageant. The new king of the biggest and most prestigious male pageant in the country was named and he's no other than Nadim Elzein of the Filipino Community in UAE.
The pageant only crowned one title for now, but they crowned four other prince that could represent the Philippines internationally. Part of the four crowned prince are Jearu Ed Magbuhat of Batangas, Romel Ayag of Caloocan City, Derick Lauchengco of Laguna, and Junichi Yabushita of Cebu City. These four crowned prince are of equal importance and could be given any crown/title in the near future.
Part of the Top 10 are Zeus Sado of Tarlac, Gabriel Bautista of Taguig, Jomarl Pabalan of Pampanga, Jherald Castaneda of Mandaluyong City, and Ed Kevin Tumulak of Cordova Cebu. Part of the Top 16 are Felixander Dalupang of Isabela, Kenneth Aniban of Tondo, Sean Vintola of Negros Oriental, Rahim Babar of Subic, Januarius Paglinawan of Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur, and Anthony Alpe of Albay
In the special awards, Josh Dino of Camarines Sur won as Best in Introduction, Gabriel Ira Bautista won the Best Formal Wear, Anthony Alpe won the Best Introduction Video, Multimedia Award goes to Ed Kevin Tumulak of Cordova, KTX Choice is Rahim Babar of Subic.
Mister Congeniality is Byron Salamanca of Laoag City, Mister Photogenic is Liloan, Cebu's Dexter Tundag, Best in Beachwear is Nadim Elzein of Fil Com of UAE, Best Ethnic Costume goes to Ed Kevin Tumulak, Mister Personality is Randell Urian of Sta Mesa, Manila, PEPPS Ambassadors are Jomarl Pabalan of Pampanga and Negros Oriental's Sean Vintola, Best in Swimwear is Romel Ayag of Caloocan.
