How do you keep your body fit and healthy?
First key is nutrition, second pa jan yung workout. 10% lang jan yung workout, 90% is nutrition.
At what age did you start to work out?
I started working out way back when I was in college, but I am not that active and I didn’t know a lot of things pa. Yes, I was a fitness instructor before in my province, when I was around 24 siguro.
What are your favorite and least favorite work out?
Favorite workout, squat. Least favorite ano ba? Wala eh lahat gusto ko eh.
How about diet? What’s for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
Hindi ako nagpeprepare medyo kasi for me matrabaho siya kaya what I do is, I just eat a lot of protein for my diet.
What are the food that you take and you avoid?
(Avoid) Sweets, fatty foods, yun lang. Madalas na kong mag protein, more protein food.
How much water do you drink to stay hydrated?
Water, yes most important ang water.
You seem to have nice clear skin, do you have any skin care regimen to share?
Meron, yung COSRX yun yung nilalagay ko.
What part of your body is your favorite and what part of your body do you think needs improvement?
Favorite part of the body I think yung back for me, and yung insecurity in my body siguro yung calves ko kasi yung lahi namin hindi malaki yung calves.
