House of Yugen Launches New Council Ahead of the 74th Miss Universe Pageant
The journey to the much-anticipated 74th Miss Universe pageant—set to take place this November in Thailand—has officially begun. National franchises around the world are now selecting their delegates, including the House of Yugen, the official franchise holder of Miss Universe Bahrain, Egypt, and Pakistan.
In a press conference held at The Grand Hausse in Quezon City, House of Yugen, led by its founder and national director Josh Yugen, unveiled its newly formed leadership council. This elite team is tasked with mentoring, training, and preparing future Miss Universe delegates representing Bahrain, Egypt, and Pakistan.
Meet the House of Yugen Leadership Council:

Maureen Montagne – Miss Globe 2021, will serve as Head of Beauty, guiding candidates in styling, runway presence, and visual presentation.

Gwendoline Fourniol – Miss World Philippines 2022, appointed as Head of Social Impact and Candidate Development, will oversee advocacy training and social engagement programs.

Dr. Jonas Apostol – Co-National Director of Miss Universe Bahrain and official Dental and Aesthetic Partner, ensuring candidates maintain their best physical presentation.

Dr. Gwen Pang – Secretary of the Philippine Red Cross, takes the role of Head of Charity, guiding candidates in humanitarian outreach and philanthropic partnerships.

Kosh Hewage – Deputy Director for Miss Universe Bahrain, playing a key administrative and organizational role.

Ian Boromeo – Managing Director of the House of Yugen and VP for Operations and Communications, ensuring the seamless execution of events and strategic communication.

Arci Muñoz – Actress and advocate, appointed Head of Women Empowerment, will mentor the candidates in self-confidence and leadership.

Deborah Kugler – Named Creative Director, responsible for brand aesthetics, visual identity, and production design.

Mercy Maddox – Head of the House of Yugen Denmark Office, serves as Head of Training and Development, leading technical training, workshops, and performance coaching.
