Despite a slip during the evening gown competition while wearing a stunning pink Val Taguba gown, Ahtisa turned the moment into a symbol of resilience. During the Q&A round, she referenced the incident, stating, “Whenever I fall in life, I always make sure that I come back stronger.”
Ahtisa also delivered an emotional tribute to her late grandmother, who passed away earlier this year. “This is my and my grandmother's shared dream” she said. “And this is my ode to her.”
Finishing as first runner up is Teresita Ssen "Winwyn" Marquez of Muntinlupa and completing the MUPH court is Yllana Marie Aduana of Siniloan, Laguna who finished as second runner up.
Three out of the top 6 girls were given crown as well, Cebu City's Gabbi Carballo will be vying for a back-to-back at the Miss Eco International, Chelsea Fernandez will try her luck at Miss Cosmo, and Katrina Llegado is set to conquer Miss Supranational 2026.
Ahtisa Manalo will be competing in Bangkok, Thailand this coming November.
