Aside from the series the he did for a fast-food chain, another thing that bolstered Juan Carlos Galano’s fame is when became one of the newest faces of Bench Body.
Juan Carlos was introduced in 2021 as one of the brands newest ambassadors for the underwear line and well I can say that he is by far the hottest and most striking guy to don those undies whether boxer briefs or just those tight whites Juan Carlos definitely looked very stunning in every photo that they released.
Definitely the very Pinoy look of him was one of the major factors why he really looked good in his photos, especially the sun kissed skin, athletic built, those six pack abs, and of course his charming face. he would definitely stood out in a sea of mestizo guys, he will probably make head turns.
Juan Carlos also shared that it was a bit of a struggle for him when they did the shoot for the first layout of his Bench Body campaign, as it was set when the country was having a surge and back to a higher level of restriction, he shared that maintaining his body specially his six pack abs and his 30-inch waistline to be in perfect form was a bit difficult.
But how does Juan Carlos maintain his fit and lean body?
For this athletic stud, being fit and active is part of his daily life, aside from regularly going to the gym to work out, Juan Carlos also engage himself in different sports activity such as swimming, basketball, boxing, and football to keep himself more active.
Despite his now hectic schedule, he always finds time to get the much-needed rest he needed, because for him it is very important to keep his body in shape and sound for his upcoming projects.

How do you take care of your body?
“I regularly workout, that’s one and di ako pwede magsalita na “Ah kumpleto tulog ko” ganun hahaha kasi guilty ako dun (Pagpupuyat) ano ko puyatero ganon kaya siguro isa pa yan sa dahilan kung bakit nagkabreakout ako recently, but yeah nocturnal ako pero I try to get as much rest as possible basta importante ang sleep ko minimum of 5 to 8 hours, after a long work out I need to sleep."
What is your favorite and least favorite workout routine?
“Sa program ko kasi ano eh may kasamang legs, parang full body workout sya pero combination of legs and upper body, so either you are working the quads or hamstrings that day, so hamstrings then sa upper body push split so mga push-ups, bench press ganun tapos the next day kabaliktaran naman hamstrings then puro pull work out.
Ako mas fond ako sa mga push workouts as in pwede mong ilabas yuung gigil mo kapag nagbubuhat ka, ang nilalagya ko kasing workout song mga country na rock or yung vikings na series yung mga rituals nila dun, para malabas mo yung gigil mo."
What about diet?
"With what I eat, ngayon flexible dieting na as compared before kasi nung tinatry kong ireach talaga yung goal ko before for upcoming roles I tried to maintain my body as lean as possible, so medyo naka deficit ako ng matagal tagal around 8 weeks, yung calorie count ko nasa 1800 so yung maintenance ko nasa 2000 to 2500 dapat.
Tapos mga kinakain ko puro chicken breast haha sobrang meated, gulay, talbos ng kamote, syempre local tayo at mahal ang gulay so I tried to use whatever is available."
How about your water in take?
How about skin care? How do you maintain that fair skin tone.
“Skin care ko lang facial wash yun lang haha, minsan nga di pa ko nakakapag facial wash in the evening eh minsan kasi talaga pag pagod na tinatamad na, kailangan ko talagang baguhin yung routine na yun.
I should be more conscious with my skin care, kasi syempre sabi nga kumbaga investment mo yun sa sarili mo and diba wala namang masama kung gagawin mo yung skin care to look young pagdating mo ng mga 30’s na, kumbaga it will pay off, sa ngayon di mo pa makikita yung results pero pagdating mo ng mid 30’s to 40’s makikita mo baby face ka pa rin diba.”
Favorite part of your body?
“Favorite part of my body, I would say shoulders tsaka abs. Syempre yung abs ang hirap iworkout, ang hirap imaintain, ang hirap palabasin yung abs yun lang masasabi ko grabe kailangan mo talaga ng strict diet and sa shoulders kasi syempre broader shoulders yun yung pinagwoworkoutan talaga."
