After months of being on hold due to the community quarantine we are still experiencing since March of this year finally, Regal Entertainment Inc, supposedly entry to the first ever Summer Metro Manila Film Festival last April is finally coming although not on the big screen but online as "The Missing", starring Ritz Azul, Miles Ocampo, and Joseph Marco is now part of this year's 46th Metro Manila Film Festival that is going to be streaming online as they partnered with Upstream.ph to bring Filipino movies at the comfort of your homes.
"The Missing" tells the story of Iris (Azul), a 28 year old Architect that is suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD after she lost her younger sister in a kidnapping incident, her PTSD led her to having hallucinations, flashbacks, nightmares and uncontrollable thoughts.
His ex boyfriend, Job (Marco) offered her a job, a restoration project of a house in Saga, Japan. Along with her intern Len (Ocampo), Iris flew to Japan not knowing the horrors that awaits for them in that house in Japan.
Will Iris be able to unfold The Missing?
Tickets for the streaming of The Missing is available on upstream.ph starting December 7, meanwhile the movie will premiere on the same streaming platform this December 25.
