Breaking, it was the best word to describe the match between the DLSU Green Archers and UE Red Warriors that went down the wire and break records in the UAAP.
The match that ended up 106-100 in favor of DLSU is one for the books, one of the unexpected match this season as it became a slugfest and a shooting contest between the two squads.
Alvin Pasaol the guy that has been carrying UE this season just unleashed a 49 point output, the highest output so far in the history of seniors basketball in the UAAP, shattering the old record of James Yap with 48, Pasaol still wasn't able to carry his team to their first win eventhough he had an impressive 20/30 field goal output.
Ben Mbala and Abu Tratter teamed up to stop Pasaol after they produced 39 points and 15 rebounds for Mbala and 24 points and 10 rebounds for Tratter.
