The Achy Breaky Hearts tackles the life of Chingay(Sta Maria), whose love life is suffering from a seven year drought . The plot thickens as Chinggay tries to find for love, as she unexpectedly found not only a new lover in the character of Ryan(Veneracion), but also she met someone from the past which is Frank(Yap). Now Chinggay is torned between the two guys, who will he choose Ryan or Frank? will she go for the present or will she chose to give her past a second chance?.
