The 92nd season of the National Collegiate Athletics Association of the Philippines is set to open on June 25 at the Mall of Asia Arena, it was announced last week at the turn over ceremony wherein the Mapua Institute of Technology gave the key of responsibilities to Season 92 hosts the San Beda College.
There will be some minor changes when it comes to the scheduling of the Basketball Tournament, from the usual 3 day game day, it's now a four day game schedule, though the seniors division will still occupy the Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday the Monday schedule will be for the Juniors Division.
With the theme of "Sports Build Character: Achieving Breakthroughs at NCAA 92" the San Beda College looks forward in hosting this season as the oldest sports league in the country gets closer to their centennial celebration on 2024.
The opening game will be between Season 92 hosts San Beda Red Lions who seek redemption against the team that denied them of a six peat, the defending champions Letran Knights.
More announcement will be made on the 20th of April after the board meeting of the NCAA Committee.
