The Nokia Lumia 610 Coming soon from Smart

I visited the Jump center yesterday to see if they already have the Lumia 710 unit tester and yes they do already have the 710 but to my surprise among the 6 phones in the counter only 5 are Lumia 710 and the other one was the Lumia 610. The color of the unit was color magenta and it looks a like with the Lumia 710 except that the 610 has a capacitive keys unlike the 710 that has a common buttons for the Back, home and search keys.

Also the Lumia 710 and 610 has the same 3.5mm jack and Micro USB port on top of the device the difference is that the 610 lock/unlock button is not located on top of the device but it is located near the volume rocker unlike the 710 which is located on top of the device beside the Micro USB port and the 3.5mm jack.

On the Performance I could say that both of this phone performed well, aside from the fact that 710 has a higher Processor with 1.4GHz compared to the 800MHz of the 610.

On the camera Both unit have 5MP camera that takes not the best photos but they shoot good photo quality,(I am a Nokia N8)

On messaging part is cool you go your own text balloon already when you start keying your message, also the QWERTY keyboard is no that hard to use.

Those where some of the features that I have tried with the Lumia 610 and 710.

All in all the Lumia 610 is a nice Mid range WP7 Nokia Phone though it is not as smart as the Lumia 800 or 700 it has its own charm that separates it from other WP7 phone in the market.

It will soon be released maybe this coming May.

Also watch out for the release of the Lumia 710 and 800 from Smart and Globe this April.
