Juan Miguel Zubiri, Resigns but to run on 2013

After his Privilege speech awhile ago in the Senate, Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri announced that he will step down as a Senator due to the Election Fraud accused by the Administration, also in his Previlege speech he also announced that he will run again in 2013 election, He also denied that he cheated in the 2004 election that he won fair and square.

Zubiri said that he and his whole Family is hurt by the Unfounded  accusations of election fraud, He did not resign because he is Guilty but because he wants to protect his family's Name and Honor, With him his wife Audrey Zubiri, his kids, his parents are all present inside the senate session hall to support him 

Zubiri was the minority floor leader of the Philippines senate before he resigned, He became the Congressman of the third district of bukidnon   for three consecutive term.
