Tropical Storm Juaning

After the State Of the Nation Address yesterday Comes the Tropical Storm Juaning that will land fall later in Aurora Province with a maximum sustained winds of 65 kph and gustiness of 80 kph.




NCR Classes are suspended 12nn onward
