The third story draws from the real-life encounters of exorcist priests Fr. Rex Manlantao and Fr. Azul Lampatan of Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental. The pair first gained national attention when their dramatic exorcism of a teenage boy—known as “Mateo,” who went viral after reportedly levitating on camera—was featured on the TV version of KMJS Gabi ng Lagim.
In 2025, the priests return to share even more chilling experiences, this time brought to life on the big screen through KMJS Gabi ng Lagim: The Movie. Their roles will be portrayed by Epi Quizon and Martin Del Rosario, with Jillian Ward starring as Angel, the young woman at the center of their next harrowing encounter.
