Regal Multmedia Inc. is launching a new movie this June 11, it's called 'Cheat Day'. Starring Derrick Monasterio, Alexa Miro, Casie Banks, and Juan Carlos Galano. 'Cheat Day' is a concept wherein couples give each other one guilt-free day to hook up with anyone they want. The idea is to release sexual tensions, explore each of their own fantasies, and bring something new into the relationship that will make the fire burning.
Does having 'Cheat Day' a solution or a distraction? Maybe for modern day couples this kind of setup will work as it opens up the relationship to a wider perspective, there's honesty between the two party, and it lets the couple explore the things they wanted to explore now that they are on a different phase of their lives.
But it's not all fun and as 'Cheat Day' also come with disadvantages such as it could grow jealousy and insecurity despite the rules that the couple sets up, you just can't avoid these things to grow, another is that these kind of set up is set to cover more issues between the couple that could lead to an emotional me fallout between the couple.
In Cheat Day, we follow Dennis (Derrick Monasterio) and Sandy (Alexa Miro) as they take a daring step into this experimental setup. Will this reignite the passion in their marriage, or will it expose wounds too deep to mend?
'Cheat Day' is directed by Jose Javier Reyes, coming to cinemas this June 11.
