Despite the ravaging caused by Typhoon Carina in Metro Manila, the show must go on for the 6th Man of the World Pageant that was held at the Winford Hotel & Casino in Manila last July 26 where Venezuela's Sergio Azuaga was crowned as the newest Man of the World, besting 22 other candidates from different countries.
Sergio, a 19-year-old model who captured the hearts of Filipino pageant fans early in the competition succeeds last year's winner Jin Wook Kim from South Korea who wasn't able to come at the coronation due to the inclement weather condition.
PH's Kenneth Cabungcal finished in closely as first runner up, while another crowd favorite Gwen Jegouzo of France placed as second runner up. Puerto Rico's Fernando Padin was named as third runner up and wrapping up the top 5 is Ecuador's Sebastian Mora.
