This 32-year-old Chinito hottie is an all around creative guy, he is a photographer, a graphic artist, a social media influencer, a man of fashion and style, but most of all Jeff is a fitness buff.
For Jeff, fitness wasn’t a priority for him, he was not keen to be fit before, he admitted that it came to the point that he really gained wait and went over to the heavier side and from there he realized that he has to change his ways and should focus more on his health and physique more than just the looks
After months of hard work, discipline, and sacrifices, Jeff is now sporting those 6-pack abs, well toned body, a healthier lifestyle, and a personality that aims to inspire other people as well to become the best version of themselves through fitness and lifestyle that will fit them.
Being physically fit gave Jeff a self confidence booster, it also helped boost his mental health, and the whole fitness journey instilled discipline in him. It has changed the way he thinks, and it has also greatly affected the lifestyle he has as well as he became more conscious with what he does, especially when it comes to incorporating exercise and eating healthy as part of his lifestyle.
How do you keep your body summer ready?
“I keep my body summer ready by counting my calories, or if I wanna lose weight I do calorie deficit.”
Do you follow any workout routines? What’s your favorite and least favorite workout?
“My workout routine is the usual lang, the chest, triceps yung ganyan. My favorite workout is chest and shoulders coz yun yung weakest ko before kaya dun kami nag focus.”
How about diet, what do you usually eat?

“On my diet naman we make sure na balanced yung diet ko, we make sure na may macros dun, may fiber, may protein, may fats, and carbohydrates.”

“I started doing my skin care two years ago, I use Kemans, niacinamide and retinol, then I use a facial wash and moisturizer. And important guys is sun block number one yang sun block.
Favorite and least favorite part of your body?
“I think my favorite part right now is etong chest and shoulders. Yung least favorite part ko is yung lower abs, for sure makakarelate lahat dito, ang hirap talaga nyang mawala, sya yung pinaka last.”
What advice would you give to people struggling to keep an active lifestyle, but still want to push through with it.
“Ako, my number one advice when it comes to this topic is don’t force yourself, like start slowly, don't crash diets coz mabibigla yung body nyo eh. I mean, for me kasi I want to make fitness a lifestyle, alam nyo yung parang ieinject nyo yung fitness sa lifestyle nyo hindi yung pipilitin nyo.
Start slowly, doing something is better than nothing. Kahit sabihin mo na 15 minutes (Workout) per day atleast nagawa mo.
What’s your biggest insecurity and how were you able to overcome it?
“My biggest insecurity is yun nga I was overweight kasi talaga before, I was obese talaga, then I overcome it by working out and being fit and watching my diet syempre.
