1. Tell us something about you, who is Tony D?

Tony D is the top 0.1% of the male population. His goals are to rise to the top of the fitness industry and solidify himself as the most dominant species, while showing others how to do the same. 

 
2. What keeps you busy nowadays?

My vision keeps me busy 

 
3. What can you say is your biggest achievement so far?

My greatest achievement so far has been the shredded physique and helping others do the same. 

 
4. What do you look forward this 2021?

 I look forward to crushing all my goals and spreading positivity this 2021

5. Are you single now? if Yes, what are the qualities of a girl that you are looking for?

Yes. I look for a feminine vibe, confidence. They have to have a reason for being born.

6. What are your Do’s and Don’ts in a first date?

 My only expectation is to have fun, Oh to add to the 2nd question. Tony D doesn't do dates, too much pressure. I do hangouts

7. How do you show that you are interested in someone?

They know im interested when they look me in my eyes. They know that I know that they know that I know that yes, it's going down. 

 
8. What type of boyfriend are you?

The best kind 😁

Bb Pilipinas Resumes Pageant Activities with National Costume Exhibit

 

After almost a year of delay, finally the Bb. Pilipinas Charities Inc. finally resumes their 2020 pageant as they open their traditional Photo Exhibit featuring the Binibinis in their Traditional Costume and Swimwear Glamshots. 

Located at the second floor of the Gateway Mall in Araneta City, Cubao. The photo exhibit opened last Friday, January 22 through an online ribbon cutting featuring the queens from 2019 led by Bb Pilipinas-International Patch Magtanong. 

BPCI also announced that the pageant's coronation night will be this coming April 17 with possible four crowns at stake namely, Miss Intercontinental, Miss Globe, Miss Grand International, and Miss Intercontinental.

Tony De Oteyza: Start 2021 Fit with Tony D!

2020 was a rough road ahead for all of us and although we end that year full of hopes, well we are all full as well from all those foods we divulged during Christmas and as we welcome the new year. That's why we are entering 2021 with a fitspiration for our 1st guy for the year, Tony de Oteyza.  

1. How do you stay fit?

Physical fitness was always a priority for me. So important that I invested in a complete home gym years ago.  

2. Do you follow certain work out? And What about your Favorite workout routine?  

3. 
   

I work out 3 times per week on Monday/Wednesday/Fridays. I prefer splitting the body into 2 groups and hitting each muscle group 1-2 times per week, which averages to working out each body part exactly 1.5X each week. 

3. Any diet that you follow? How were you able to achieve that body?

I follow flexible dieting. This allows me to eat whatever I want and still lose/maintain weight, depending on my goals. I still choose to eat higher protein sources and more wholefoods than processed. 

4. Favorite part of your body and Part of your body that needs improvement?

Best part would be abs. Always had genetically pretty good ones, as well as having the ability to maintain lower bodyfat due to my athletic background and being exposed to mostly lean food sources at home. 
 
In terms of improvement, I'd say all areas can be improved but I'd specifically want to focus more on shoulders. Getting these to a high level of development really allows your physique to pop as a natural lifter. 

5. Any tips for those who want to be fit this 2021?

Set a goal for yourself and push yourself to create the habits that will lead to that goal. Of course, it will be a challenge at the start, but everything good in life comes with a challenge. 'Start-Up' K-Drama Sensation, Kim Seon-ho, Holds First Global Online Meet-Up on TikTok

 

TikTok invites fans in the Philippines to join the exclusive ‘TikTok Stage Connect – Seon-ho’s Favorite’ event and interact with the actor on January 17, 2021

TikTok, the leading destination for short-form mobile videos, and SALT Entertainment announced that actor Kim Seon-ho will hold his first global online fan meeting exclusively on the platform, on January 17 at 7PM (PST). Viewers can tune in to the English livestream on the TikTok Stage account (@tiktok_stage) or watch the Korean version on Kim Seon-ho’s TikTok account (@seonho_kim).

Fans of Team Han Ji Pyeong will be thrilled to learn about their chance to get up-close-and-personal with their favorite Start-Up actor. Titled ‘TikTok Stage Connect – Seon-ho’s Favorite’, TikTok users can look forward to a variety of sessions, including listening to behind-the-scenes stories of Start-Up, the latest romance K-Drama to sweep the globe; participating in a telepathy game to guess Seon-ho’s preferences; and watching him discover his fans’ wishes.

There will also be several pre-events on TikTok’s event page, where fans can submit requests for what they want to hear from Kim Seon-ho or even upload a duet with him. The pre-event is expected to air globally, with participants from across different countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan and Korea.

TikTok has officially turned over its US$150,000 donation to the Philippine National Red Cross

 

TikTok has officially turned over its US$150,000 donation to the Philippine National Red Cross in support of the organization's disaster relief efforts. This is part of TikTok's #TikTokTogetherPH initiative, where a total of US$300,000 was committed to support select partner organizations with their typhoon relief programs, as well as a fundraising concert featuring top local artists and the app's content creators. In photo are Philippine Red Cross Secretary General Elizabeth Zavalla and Chairman and CEO Sen. Richard Gordon. According to Philippine National Red Cross, the funds will be used for food, shelter and medical assistance for those who were affected by the recent typhoons.

UP’s emotional support dogs get boost from TopBreed, UP Fighting Maroons on UP Doggo Day

 

 

Nineteen dogs from the Emotional Support Animals (ESA) Program of the University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) received a Holiday treat from the UP Fighting Maroons Basketball Team and its newest sponsor TopBreed, the leading Philippine-made dog food brand in the country.

 

TopBreed provided the dogs with 900 kilograms of high-quality dog food and essentials like TopB+ vitamins and ShamPooch dog shampoo. The canines underwent general check-up and deworming, and were given anti-rabies vaccines administered by the TopBreed veterinarians. TopBreed provided pet supplies to ESA handlers from the different UPD colleges and units for dogs under their supervision. Efforts were coordinated with the Friends of Campus Animals (FOCA UP), the first campus-based animal welfare volunteer group that helps with the ESA program. UPD’s Balay Kaibigan houses the emotional support animals that also includes cats.

 

The project became a reality when TopBreed and the UPMBT reached out to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs in early December and volunteered to help out UP Diliman’s Emotional Support Animals (ESA) Program. The program,which was launched in 2019 by then UPD Chancellor Michael Tan, provides psychosocial support for students and university staff that may experience stress, depression or anxiety. The program manages, trains and utilizes campus animals to render emotional and therapeutic support to those who need them.

 

“The University recognizes the ability of animals to help people destress. Therapy dogs are already being tapped in universities abroad to help students deal with academic stress. But even the ESA’s were not spared from the hardships of the pandemic,” said UP Diliman Vice-Chancellor for Community Affairs Dr. Aleli Bawagan. “We appreciate the efforts of Top Breed to vaccinate and deworm UPD's emotional support dogs and donate dog food. We look forward to more collaborations with them in the future.”

 

Universal Robina Corporation’s Agro-Industrial Group (URC-AIG) managing director Vincent Henry Go meanwhile said “TopBreed is thrilled to take part in the UP Doggo Day. We are very happy to be given a chance to express our brand’s mission of providing top care to pets specially to these dogs who have provided comfort and emotional support to those in need. We would like to commend UP for coming up with this brilliant program that benefits both animals and humans alike. We salute the University for this endeavor and for taking good care of our fur friends, the emotional support dogs.”
