“ENHYPEN VR CONCERT: IMMERSION” begins with a mysterious invitation from ENHYPEN to their fans, ENGENEs. As whispers from the members echo through an unfamiliar hallway, the line between reality and fantasy starts to blur. The audience is then transported into ever-changing spaces: a vast office, an abandoned factory, and a rooftop where a pink moon and red moon coexist coming face-to-face with a whole new side of ENHYPEN never seen before. Moreover, fans can experience ENHYPEN’s visuals and performances vividly brought to life right before their eyes, closer than ever at a 0cm distance.

 

This VR concert was produced using AMAZE’s cutting-edge technology. It features innovative interactive elements such as a heart effect appearing on screen when the viewer makes a hand-heart gesture, and a branching scene that allows fans to choose one of the seven members and watch the concert from their favorite’s point of view. These new experiential features deliver an unprecedented level of immersion never seen in previous VR concerts.

 

The VR concert “IMMERSION” is the first-ever VR concert project to simultaneously announce and confirm its release in advance across about 40 major cities worldwide, including Korea, the United States, Japan, China, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Through this, ENHYPEN has once again proven their stature as a global artist. Philippine representative Emma Mary Tiglao emerged victorious, besting 76 other candidates during the glittering grand coronation night held at MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. Final Four Entries Revealed for the 51st Metro Manila Film Festiva

 

A special love story, a love triangle, a tale of falling out of love, and a story of unconditional love, the final four official entries for the 51st Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) were finally revealed earlier today, October 10, at the University of Makati Auditorium.

Leading the last four films under the Finished Film category is Nathan Studios’ “I’m Perfect.” The film tells a special love story between two adults with Down syndrome, starring Sylvia Sanchez, Lorna Tolentino, Janice de Belen, Tonton Gutierrez, Joey Marquez, and Zaijan Jaranilla, and introducing Kristel Go and Earl Amaba. “I’m Perfect” is directed by Sigrid Andrea Bernardo.

Next on the lineup is the romance film “Love You So Bad,” starring Bianca De Vera, Will Ashley, and Dustin Yu. The movie follows the story of Savanah (Bianca), a sassy, confident, and unapologetically independent college student determined to live life on her own terms. Her journey takes an unexpected turn when she finds herself torn between two very different men.

“Love You So Bad” is a collaboration between ABS-CBN Film Productions, GMA Pictures, and Regal Entertainment Inc., directed by Mae Cruz-Alviar.

The third film, “Unmarry,” tells the story of Celine, a wife who seeks annulment from her husband Stephen. Their paths cross once again at the office of Atty. Jackie, a lawyer and online host who gives legal advice through her online show. Amid legal battles and chance encounters, Celine meets Ivan, a man also seeking annulment from his wife Maya. The two form an unexpected friendship that helps them heal from their pasts, and as they grow closer, the possibility of new love begins to unfold.

“Unmarry” stars Angelica Panganiban, Zanjoe Marudo, and Eugene Domingo, with special participation from Tom Rodriguez and Solenn Heussaff. The film is produced by Cineko and Quantum Films and directed by Jeffrey Jeturian.

Rounding up the lineup is the much-anticipated reunion film “Bar Boys: After School.” Set years after their law school days, the story follows Torran, Eric, Chris, and Josh as they navigate midlife challenges marked by burnout, heartbreak, and a loss of purpose. When they learn that their former professor, Justice Hernandez, has fallen seriously ill, the four friends reunite to help their ailing mentor. Through this reunion, they are forced to confront their life choices and ultimately rediscover their purpose.

“Bar Boys: After School” stars Carlo Aquino, Rocco Nacino, Enzo Pineda, Kean Cipriano, and Ms. Odette Khan. The film is directed by Kip Oebanda and produced by 901 Studios. 

These four films will join “Call Me Mother,” “Rekonek,” “Manila’s Finest,” and “Shake, Rattle & Roll: Evil Origins” this December 25 for the much-anticipated 51st Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) promising a diverse lineup of stories that celebrate love, friendship, courage, and Filipino creativity on the big screen.

American Rapper-Singer J.I.D Announces Massive 'God Does Like World Tours' Manila on May 30

 

Grammy nominated American rapper-singer J.I.D announces the Asia leg of his much-awaited massive ‘God Does Like World Tours’ and will include a stop in MANILA on May 30, 2026 (Saturday) at The Podium Hall. Born and raised in East Atlanta, J.I.D grew up on his parents’ collection of classic funk/soul LPs, and broke onto the scene with his 2015 EP, DiCaprio. The EP saw him collaborating with hip-hop duo EARTHGANG, whom he’d previously joined on a 2014 tour. Spotted here by J. Cole, J.I.D was promptly signed to Dreamville/Interscope Records. Soon after the signing, J.I.D made his major-label debut with the widely celebrated The Never Story (2017) which was quickly followed by the critically acclaimed album DiCaprio 2 (2018). The sophomore project garnered significant press attention and earned the rapper a spot in that year's XXL's Freshmen class. J.I.D further cemented his status as an exciting rap talent with standout performances on Dreamville's Platinum-certified, Billboard #1 compilation Revenge of the Dreamers III (2019), which received GRAMMY nominations for "Best Rap Album" and "Best Rap Performance." His growing popularity led to a collaboration with Imagine Dragons on "Enemy" for Netflix's Arcane soundtrack, amassing nearly two billion streams, achieving 4x RIAA Platinum status, and earning nominations at the MTV Music Awards, AMAs, and iHeart Awards.

 

In 2022, J.I.D released The Forever Story, a critically acclaimed album hailed as a "classic" by Clash and featured on numerous year-end lists. The album reached #12 on the Billboard Hot 200 and earned RIAA Gold certification. "Surround Sound" featuring 21 Savage and Baby Tate on the album became a viral sensation with its TikTok "Ceiling" challenge, re-entering in Billboard Hot 100 as well as topping Billboard Viral 50 and TikTok charts, eventually achieving 3x RIAA Platinum status.His dexterous raps and songwriting pen has also caught the eye of many other music peers including Doja Cat, Offset, Dua Lipa, Imagine Dragons, Freddie Gibbs and more.

 

Humming off the success of his last project, J.I.D teased the release of his fourth studio album God Does Like Ugly (2025) at the top of the year with the single “WRK.” Following which he released a Preluxe edition of the album that featured four tracks including a monster lyrical effort “Animals” with Eminem. The EP successfully activated J.I.D's passionate fan base, who were thoroughly impressed when the complete album dropped in August. It features an impressive array of guest appearances including Clipse, Ciara, Ty Dolla $ign, Vince Staples, Jessie Reyez, Westside Gunna and more, creating a rich and diverse sonic landscape. God Does Like Ugly instantly became a timeless contribution to the year’s hip-hop releases marking another successful project from J.I.D in the pantheon of his catalog.
