John Lloyd Cruz and Jennylyn Mercado is set to star in their first movie together under Star Cinema and Quantum Films.
In a photo posted by Star Cinema on its official Instagram account, the two already started shooting some scenes fro the yet to be named movie under Cathy Garcia-Molina.
It is known that in the last MMFF the producers of their movies had issues with regards the award giving body.
This is the first time Jennylyn will be working under Star Cinema though she already worked with some Kapamilya stars like Sam Milby and Jericho Rosales
The movie is coming soon, this could be Star Cinema's post Holy Week movie, and this is the third time this year that Star Cinema experimented with their love teams. (The first one was Xian-Angel in Everything About Her, followed by Gerald-Arci in Always Be My Maybe) .
