Korea's No.1 Movie of 2014 is finally hitting the shores of the Philippines, Gangnam Blues starring Korean Superstar Lee Min Ho showcases a very different Lee Min Ho, far from his characters in Boys Over Flowers and more brute than his characters in Faith and City Hunter as the movie is really action packed and tackles what's life in Korea in the 70's were conflict between the North and South Korea is about to erupt and where Guns, Goons, and Gold of the different gangs reign supreme in Gangnam and how to brothers parted ways because of it.
The movie also stars Kim Rae Won, Jung Jin Young, Kim Ji Soo, and Kim Seolhyun. and directed by Yoo Ha.
The movie also features the song "Anak" of Freddie Aguilar that made it more dramatic, aside from the tagalog song the movie is dubbed in tagalog, yes it's like those Koreanobela you see on TV, but don't worry the movie is good it didn't sounded corny or jologs since having it in the local language I guess made it more appealing to me.
Gangnam Blues is set to be shown in the Philippines, March 04. It is the first movie offering of SineAsia a joint project of Viva International Pictures, MVP Entertainment, and SM Lifestyle Entertainment Inc. the movie is exclusive to selected SM Cinemas
