The 1st Basketball league in Asia is celebrating their 40th anniversary this year and to make it more special the Philippine Basketball Association 2014-2015 Philippine Cup will be opening at the biggest indoor arena in the World, the Philippine Arena located at the Ciudad Victoria in Bocaue, Bulacan will host the grand opening of the 40th season of the PBA this coming October 19.
This season will also be the expansion season for the PBA Debuting 3 new teams namely the Blackwater Elites, NLEX Road Warriors and the Kia Sorento of Manny Pacquiao.
