TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A free PATRON ticket to the THE NAKED TRUTH Fashion Show will be given for every online purchase of Php 5,000 worth of BENCH/ Gift Certificates with a shipping address within Metro and Mega Manila.
2. This offer will run from August 20 – September 18, 2014
3. Gift Certificates can be used for in-store purchases only.
4. This offer is applicable to bank deposit, credit card, GCash, Smart Money, and BancNet purchases only. Cash on Delivery and/or Gift Certificates payments will NOT be entertained.
5. Purchased gift certificates along with the free tickets MUST be picked up at Bench Tower at Bonifacio Global City (Address: Bench Tower, 30TH Street corner Rizal Drive, Crescent Park West 5, Bonifacio Global City, 
   Taguig City 1634).
6. In order to claim the gift certificates and tickets, customers must present their online order invoice together with a valid ID and/or an endorsement letter duly signed by the registered customer.
7. For this offer, Gift Certificates must be purchased exclusively. Ergo, no other items must be included in the cart.
8. A maximum number of 3 patron tickets per single receipt amounting to 
   P15,000 is allowed.
9. Please note that tickets may not be readily available upon purchase. However, a CONFIRMEDpurchase guarantees the corresponding number of patron seats.
10. Purchasing customers will be informed via phone call or email by the BENCH/ Online Store’s Customer Support Team once tickets are ready for pick up.
11. BENCH/, Suyen Corporation and SM Mall of Asia Arena reserve the right to deny entry if ticket bearer is proven to be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or displaying misbehavior.

MECHANICS / PROCEDURE

1. Get a free invite with a minimum purchase from selected Metro Manila BENCH/, HerBENCH/, BENCH/ Body, and SuperBENCH/ stores.
2. For Purchase requirements of cash, EPS,  NON – BENCH/ Mastercard.
   1. For every P600 single receipt purchase = 1 General Admission Invitation
   2. For every P1,200 single receipt purchase = 1 Upper Box
   3. For every P2,500 single receipt purchase = 1 Lower Box
3. For BENCH/ Master Card Purchases
   1. For every P 500 single receipt purchase = 1 General Admission Invitation
   2. For every P 1,000 single receipt purchase = 1 Upper Box
   3. For every P 2,300 single receipt purchase = 1 Lower Box
4. Purchased items must include either a BENCH/ Body Underwear or an OJ Denim.
5. A maximum number of 3 invitations per single receipt is allowed; and combinations of invites are allowed.
6. Applicable to cash, credit card and EPS transactions.
7. Not applicable for purchases using Gift Certificates.
8. Promo may not overlap with other existing promos.
9. Not applicable for employee’s PO purchases and purchases using Privilege Cards.
10. Invitations must be exchanged for actual ticket at the SM Mall of Asia Arena ticket booth on the day of the event (September 19, 2014 2:00pm – 7:00pm)
11. BENCH/ Suyen Corporation and SM Mall of Asia Arena reserve the right to deny entry if ticket bearer is proven to be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or displaying misbehavior.
12. Invitations may be availed beginning August 15 up to September 18, 2014.
13. Lifestyle card holders are still entitled to earn points.
