Today, Kia Motors announced that the People's Champ, Cong. Manny Pacquiao will be the Head Coach of their PBA Team next season. Pacquiao known not only being a boxer but also a basketball enthusiast already expresses his interest on playing for the PBA since last April when Kia, Blackwater and NLEX applied for the expansion of the PBA next season, He has been very vocal that he wanted not only to play but also he wanted to coach the team.
But I think one big hindrance that came with the ambition of Pacquiao to play in the PBA is that he still needs to go on PBA Draft for him to be able to play for the league, I guess that's why that resulted on Pacquiao being the newest Head Coach in the Philippine Basketball Association.

The newest season of the PBA will start right after the FIBA World Cup so that will be in September, aside from Kia, PBA D League Powerhouse NLEX and Black Wter Sports are also set to debut next season. There's still no definite line up of players for the new teams as they p are still on the process of recruiting, building, and bulking up the team.
