The 61st Miss World 2011 is crowned and she is Miss Venezuela Ivian Sarcos, and I am still so proud of her though I believe she deserves the crown more and she is Miss Philippines, Gwendolyn Ruais placed 2nd and Miss Puerto Rico Amanda Perez placed 3rd.
