This pandemic has introduced us to many new faces in the entertainment industry, I consider these newbies as the brave ones, they are the ones ready to take on the challenge and ready to give us something different, something new, and something fresh on our televisions.

These past few months, Regal Entertainment Inc. has been introducing new breed of artists in their shows on GMA Network, whether on Regal Studio Presents or the Mano Po Legacy series that started out last January and speaking of Mano Po, we are introducing our latest Guy for this Month, say hello to Tyrone Tan.
Born Tyrone Edric Tan, this 21 year old college student from La Salle is into basketball back in high school, he actually dreamt of playing in the collegiate league, but he got derailed of this dream and had to sidelined it as he was introduced to a new world, showbizness.
Tyrone is not new from showbizness, his barkada is composed of celebrities as well like Kristoffer Martin, Andrew Muhlach, Prince Clemente, and Paul Salas, they were the ones who inspired Tyrone to enter showbizness as well and to make a name of his own in this industry.
He shared that before entering showbiz people would recognized and tell him "Ui ikaw yung friend ni ganito", there he told himself he will be known as Tyrone and not just as a friend.
Tyrone got his first dibs in showbizness when he tried out for Starstruck back in 2019 although he wasn't able to make it as a finalist. Currently, Tyrone is part of the newest Mano Po Legacy: Her Big Boss, he shared that it was a childhood dream to become part of the Mano Po series and now he is fulfilling it as he plays the role of "David" the confidant of the main character Richard played by Ken Chan.
It was an overwhelming experience for Tyrone now that he was able to break in to showbizness and now he is part of a project that he wants to be part when he was a kid.
1. Any dream role or project? What genre would you think you will suit best?
"Gusto ko magka horror show, shake rattle and roll ganyan."
2. Who do you want to work with in your future projects?
"Pinaka gusto ko talagang maka work, sana talaga is makasama ko yung mga tropa ko sa isang show, sina Paul, Prince, sina Tun tun (Kristoffer), feeling ko parang sobrang gaan lang ng set nun kapag kami ang magkakasama."
3. How far can you go as an actor?
"As much as possible gusto ko talagang ipush yung sarili ko to the limit, pero syempre meron pa din akong values na tinatatag sa sarili ko, di ko talaga alam it depends siguro on the spot ako makakpag decide kung kaya ko gawin o hindi, kunyare yung maghubad para sa isang role.
Siguro much I can do right now is yung shirtless ganyan."
4. How was the experience of being in showbiz?
"Every taping day is an acting experience for me to learn."
5. Best advice you received?
"There's no big or small role here in showbiz kasi you get a chance to play a character that is part of the story, so wag mo isipin kung maliit or malaki yung role mo kasi mapapansin at mapapansin ka ng tao."
