My Dear Heart: The Heartfelt Finale

Love, Acceptance, and Forgiveness in a Family, that's what the Kapamilya Teleserye "My Dear Heart" teaches its viewers every night for almost six months. The serye also gives inspiration to everyone who watches it, as it shows  that no matter how hard life can be and no matter how big the problem is for as long as you have a family and friends to rely on you can get over with it.
As the story of Heart De Jesus(Nayomi Ramos) approcahes its finale viewers are eager to know what will be the fate of Heart, will she finally wake up? or will Doc Francis(Eric Quizon) succeed in his plans to kill heart and to destroy the Divinagracia's?
