Nothing stops Google from Announcing their Latest Nexus Devices and their newest OS Version last Oct. 29 even in the midst of Hurricane Sandy.
The newest Android 4.2 still named Jellybean is packed with new features such as Multiple User Accounts that enables you to share the OS to your friends and your family to create their own account that when they log it in they can use their own personalized Homescreen.
Next New Feature is the Photosphere, The Photosphere is the upgraded version of the Panorama on the ICS 4.0, It is easier to use this because it has the Up, Down, Left, and Right arrows on the screen that automatically capture panorama pictures when you touch those icons.
Other new features are Gesture Typing which is like swype with predictive text coming out everytime you swipe the letters of your desired word. another one is the Wireless TV Integration, next is Daydream which is like a Screensaver that you can customize and put your own pictures,
WIth the 4.2 Jellybean you can now you can now toggle the screen brightness, Wifi, etc. also you can now have widgets in your lockscreen.
Also Announced in the said event is the Samsung Google Nexus 10 tablet.
The Google Nexus 10 is the 3rd Nexus device that was manufactured by Samsung, after the Galaxy Nexus and the Nexus S. The Nexus 10 features a 10.1 Super PLS TFT Capacitive Touchscreen, It comes with a 5 megapixel camera with a resolution of 2592x1936 pixels and also a 1.9 megapixel front camera, It also captures 1080p video, It runs on Android 4.2 Jellybean with Exynos Chipset with a Dual Core 1.7Ghz Cortex-A15 processor.
The Nexus 10 has a High Definition Screen Resolution with a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels
With the High Definition screen you can now explore a higher definition Google Earth, that features a 3D flyovers and 3D forests. You can now also use Google Chrome HD.
Another Device launched is the LG Nexus 4 the first ever Nexus Device from LG.
The LG Google Nexus 4 features a 4.7 inches True HD IPS Plus Capacitive Touchscreen, 8 megapixel that captures 3264x2448 pixels, and a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, and captures a 1080p Video Quality. It runs on Android 4.2 with Qualcomm APQ8064 Snapdragon Chipset and a Quadcore 1.5GHz Krait Processor.
