From Crown to Core: Brent Mendoza’s Fitness Evolution

Picture a man with a rugged yet approachable vibe, a well-defined physique that speaks volumes about his dedication to self-love and fitness.

As we embrace the month of love, we also welcome a new face to guide us through a romantic adventure this season. Meet Brent Jonathan Mendoza, our guy for the month of February.

At 22 years old, Brent is not just a model but also a reigning pageant king, having claimed the title of Mister International Philippines - Tourism last year. Despite his current success, Brent admits that joining a pageant was never on his radar. In fact, when the opportunity first came knocking, he declined twice.

So, what made him change his mind? Brent reveals that he wanted to try something new. When offered the chance to represent his hometown of Tanauan City in the provincial pageant in Batangas, he couldn’t resist the opportunity to step out of his comfort zone.

"Unexpected" is how Brent describes his pageant journey. As a complete newcomer, winning a title on his first attempt was already an incredible achievement for this laid-back guy.

Standing at 6 feet tall, Brent quickly realized that joining pageants didn’t just open doors to new opportunities—it also changed his lifestyle. From a carefree attitude towards his body, he began to focus on fitness. He started working out and, over time, transformed from an awkward, stocky guy to a fit, hunky stud.

We took the opportunity to chat with Brent and dive deeper into his fitness routine that helps him stay in top shape, both mentally and physically.
