Kaleb Ong: Chinito Charmer 3.0 (Part 2)

We get to know more of our third Chinito Charmer in our blog as we get to know more of Kaleb Ong, this time we get to chat with Kaleb about how he gets himself fit and healthy, how he transformed himself and survived the bullying that he experienced when he was younger. 

Today, Kaleb is enjoying the fruit of all his hard work as he was able to get over all of the physical set backs he had and he is now been using it as an advantage to get more work done and more projects to work with. 

 Read our interview below: 

  1. How do you keep yourself healthy? 


“Everyday talaga akong nageexercise kasi tabain kasi ako eh, actually mataba ako before lagi nga akong nabubully eh, kasi maliit ako tapos lagi pa kong nasa labas sa arawan, so yung skin ko di ganun ka ganda. Imaginin mo, maliit, di maganda yung skin, tapos medyo chubby chubby so ako yung pulutan ng bullying dati talaga. 


Kaya lagi na kong nageexercise ngayon, para din in check lagi yung health.” 



  1. You workout right? Do you follow certain workouts? What’s your favorite and least favorite workout? 


“Every other day ako nagbubuhat, tapos yung sa in betweens nung every other day na yun na exercise yun naman yung cardio and abs workout, pero every day pa din naman nagaabs work out ako mas iniintense ko lang dun sa parang “rest day”. 


Favorite ko, Cardio, kasi iba yung pakiramdam pag nagpapawis ka eh. Tapos least favorite ko, shoulders, masakit eh, tapos ang hirap pa palakihin.” 


 

  1. How about diet? What are the foods that you take and you avoid?


“Ma-Tuna ako, tapos everyday every meal ko tatlong eggs lagi, and lagi akong nagooatmeal medyo nagavoid ako ng rice eh pero kapag ka kunware di mapigilan kasi masarap yung ulam nagkakanin, pero ang inaavoid ko talaga is sweets, di naman din ako fan ng sweets eh.” 


  1. How do you relax? 


“Mahilig ako matulog, kapag may shooting kunyare di ko eksena ay natutulog ako ganun ako magrelax talaga, hihiga ako sa kama, tapos aircon, electric fan, goods na ko dun.” 


  1. First thing you do when you wake up. 


“Umiinom ng vitamins, ng collagen, tapos magchecheck ng phone, tapos magreready na ko mag exercise.” 


  1. Last thing you do before going to sleep. 


“Skin care ulit, tapos inom ulit ng vitamins, scroll scroll lang sa facebook (ng phone), or magbabasa ng binabasa kong libro hangang makatulog.” 


  1. Favorite part of your body?


“Abs ko hahaha, kasi siyempre winorkout ko yun ng ilang months eh so kapag nakikita ko sya naiisp ko eto yung diniet ko eh tsaka winorkout ko eh, tsaka syempre masarap mag topless hahaha. ” 


  1. Least favorite part of your body? 


“Legs ko, kinulang sa height eh hahaha.” 


  1. Part of your body that needs improvement?


“Shoulders, kasi sobrang hirap talaga nya palakihin, kapag naka muscle tee ako napapansin ko ang liit talaga ng shoulders ko.”


  1. Biggest Insecurity? 


“Height, kulang eh haha”
