We met UST Salingawi's Mark Chaiwalla on our last feature and we'll get to know him more in this week's feature.
Mark stands at 5'9", weighs in at 62kg, wears small-medium size shirt, and has a 30.5 inch waistline. These vital statistics just showed how he maintained his physique even after his performing years in the UAAP Cheerdance Competition and his Instagram account showcases his well maintained body, those six pack abs making him the hottest coach in the league today.

How do you stay fit?
Gym, gym and more gym. Plus proper nutrition.
Do you follow any special diet?
As a hard gainer, on top of working out, another important thing i consider is my nutrition. I try to hit caloric surplus everyday as well as my daily macronutrient requirements especially carbs and protein. Bottomline, I try to eat as much as i could and make sure I eat enough protein too.

Chest and arms day!

Hahahaha! Legs!!!! I have tooth pick legs!
Any tips for aspiring Cheerdancers?
Always push yourself. Always! Cheerdancing is no easy sport. It will test you in a lot of ways. But stick to why you love and do the sport. Be coachable, listen and train hard. You may not have your max skills yet but remember that no one was born running already. It takes time, effort, dedication, and a lot of grit. And, along the way, don’t forget to be safe and of course, have fun 😀
