Tyrone Tan: Heartthrob To Hunk

This week we get physical with our guy of the month, Tyrone Tan. Probably he is one of the hottest chinitos on Social Media today (well he's got almost 100k followers on Instagram) and most probably they are waiting for this cutie to shed off his clothes and post some fresh from workout and gym selfies and make us wants for more. 



For Tyrone, posting those shirtless photos is not for thirst traps instead he posts these photos to motivate himself to be better and to keep his body in shape and fit for the projects coming on his way. Aside from these he also shared that he also wanted to be an underwear model for a local clothing line that's why he is doing his best to get fit for the job.

We get to know Tyrone's fitness regime and his diet below: 

  1. How do you keep yourself healthy and fit? 

"Syempre strict diet talaga, pero once you know how to achieve the body you want to get, it is easy to maintain na lang din eh, kumbaga kailangan mo lang din sanayin yung sarili mo sa gusto mong body, makukuha't makukuha mo yun kapag gusto mo talaga."

  1. Do you have any favorite and least favorite work out?

"Favorite workout ko is chest and shoulders, pinaka least legs and cardio, I play basketball yun na yung cardio ko haha."

  1. How about diet? Do you follow a certain diet? Foods that you take and you don’t?

"Ngayon diet ko is IF(Intermittent fasting), basta kakain ako ng 12pm to 8pm, after that di na ko kumakain."

  1. What part of your body is your favorite and

" My favorite, siguro best asset ko is yung face ko haha, may pagka vain eh noh."

  1. What part needs improvement? 

"I still have to work on my body, I have to cut more fats para maging lean tignan sa screen."
