We are more than half way through in getting to know all of the Misters of Filipinas candidates and today we are going to meet the candidate from the host province, Negros Oriental, Mister #17 Sean Emmanuel Vintola.
Sean just turned 19 last August 14, he is the tallest in this batch with a towering 6'1" height. He just graduated from senior high a few months back and he plans to take up aviation communications in college, his dream job is to become a Flight Attendant and hopefully become a Pilot on any International Airlines someday. On his free time, Sean loves to play basketball and with his height he was a varsity back in high school, he also love to spend time with his friends and also with his family.
Representing the beautiful province of Negros Oriental, when visiting it Sean suggest you to go to the Apo Island in Dauin, it's a volcanic island that is famous for its surrounding marine sanctuary that features various types of corals and other marine species. He also suggest that you should not miss the Balinsasayao Twin Lake near Dumaguete City and the Manjuyod Sandbar Beach or popularly known as the "Maldives of the Philippines".
For pasalubong of course he suggest the very famous Sylvannas.

Misters of Filipinas
Sean is a neophyte when it comes to joining pageants, his stint in Misters of Filipinas is his first ever pageant he joined and being a newbie he wants to develop his self confidence and learn more not only about his self, but also to learn other things to make himself grow more and further in life.
Being one of the youngest candidate in the pageant, Sean take it as an advantage as he is more eager and hungry to win and he has that drive to prove that his young age is not a hindrance for success and that he can show to others what he can do.
Preparing for the pageant, Sean did not just focused on the physical stuff, he also invested himself in a lot of personality development programs like public speaking courses to develop his speaking skills.
Being the host candidate for this edition, Sean considers it both an advantage and a disadvantage. The advantage is that he got the support of the whole Negros Oriental and that's a big confidence booster for him, but the downside is that he somewhat feels the pressure of being the flag bearer of the whole province and he doesn't want to fail them in his journey to get the title in Misters of Filipinas.

1. How do you take care of your body?
"When I joined Misters of Filipinas jan nagsimula na mas nagcare ako sa katawan ko, una po is that I should have enough sleep yan po yung importante, pangalawa is vitamins, at pangatlo is Physical fitness, I enrolled myself in a physical fitness program to be active and be fit."
2. What are the work out routines you do?
"Well I have my personal trainor, my favorite work out routine I think is Chest workout, kasi i don't have that big chest that's what I'm focusing now to achieve that big chest."
3. Do you follow any diet?
"I also followed a diet plan, vegetables, fish, black rice."
4. What part of your body is your favorite?
"My eyes, I'm very blessed to have these two beautiful eyes because I can see the beauty of the nature and also the different beauties of the people around me."
5. What part of your body needs improvement?
"Yung chest ko at tsaka yung shoulder ko."
